OUR ESTATE PLANNING PROCESS
We know that beginning your estate plan is a big step. Our three-part planning process is designed to ensure your confidence in the planning process each step of the way.

What our goals are and what we value:
  • We want to get to know you and your family, as well as your long-term vision and goals.
  • We value ease, convenience and efficiency.
  • We will personally meet you to develop an estate plan that is specifically designed and tailored with your unique goals in mind.

INITIAL DESIGN MEETING

Discuss and design a customized estate plan to protect you and your loved ones
SIGNING MEETING

Review, sign and notarize estate plan documents

Schedule a Free Consultation & Complete Questionnaire
Due to the COVID-19 and stay-at-home order from the Governor, all of our appointments will be virtual via telephone or video conferencing until further notice.

Once you schedule an appointment for the initial consultation here, we will send you a client questionnaire form to complete the best you can prior to the appointment.  We may need additional documents (ie. any existing estate planning documents, grant deeds, etc.)

Initial Design Meeting
Our initial estate planning design meeting is complimentary.  This meeting provides you a chance to get to know us, provides us to get to know you, your unique situation, your family, and will allow us to make the right recommendations for your estate plan.

We will quote a fee that is right for your family – our fees are all-inclusive, so there are no surprises.  Our fee is payable at beginning of our relationship and will cover all expenses of our representation.

We will then design a plan that will give you a peace of mind of knowing your family will be taken care of in the event the unthinkable happens.  We will also schedule an appointment approximately 2-4 weeks later to go over your estate planning documents and have them signed if you are satisfied.

Signing Meeting
Once your plan has been designed, we will present your planning documents at the signing meeting. At this point, we will clearly explain your plan to you (not in legalese) so that you will understand how your plan will carry out your wishes in the future. If you are satisfied with your plan, we will have the documents signed, witnessed and notarized.

We will also provide you with a binder and an electronic version of all your legal documents as well, so you can easily access them anytime you need to in the future.

Our relationship continues…
In most cases, the relationship ends there. But we see it as the beginning of our relationship with your family. We ensure the most important details of your planning are followed through on and your plan continues to work throughout your lifetime.

Planning is the foundation for a
life of success.
