​Trust administration is a process administrating an estate when someone passes away with a trust. As a Trustee, you have a fiduciary duty to administer the estate properly and timely.  There are important steps to take such as identifying and gathering all of the assets; paying debts, taxes and final expenses; notify various government and institutions; and distributing the assets according to the terms of the trust.

Managing the estate after a loved one passes away can be overwhelming and highly emotional. But it’s very important that the necessary steps are taken, and you, as the Trustee, should not have to go through the process alone.
